YOGA in English
Come practice yoga in English in a welcoming atmosphere.

In each 75-minute all-levels class, you can expect:
• Hatha flow -- deep holds with flowing transitions
• Precise alignment cues
• Challenge and sweat, tempered by humor
• Themes based on yoga philosophy
• Pranayama (breathwork)
• Meditation and/or contemplation
• Safety and respect as top priorities
The instructor, Victoria Tarbell, is an Anusara-trained yoga teacher. Her advanced training included anatomy courses with the Anatomie pour le Mouvement school.
She also holds a degree in Romance Languages from Harvard University. Hailing from the US, she now lives in Pino Torinese.
Classes will be held on Thursday mornings, 11.00 -12.15 a.m.
